India will have South Africa women' cricket crew for a multi-design series, including a Test match after very nearly 10 years, from June 16 and July 9.
The series will comprise of a Test, three ODIs and as a large number, the BCCI reported on Tuesday.
The one-dayers will be played at Bengaluru, while the oddball Test and T20Is will be held at Chennai, as prior revealed by PTI on May 3. The two groups last played a Test back in November 2014.
The series will start with a one-day warm up match at the M Chinnaswamy Arena where the guests will take on the Board President's XI on June 13.
The ODIs are a piece of the ICC Women' Title 2022-2025.
The ODIs will begin at 1.30 PM while the T20Is are booked to start from 7 PM.
The white-ball design matches were initially a piece of the ICC Future Visits Program (FTP) in late 2023, however they must be pushed ahead due to the 50-over Mens' ODI World Cup held in India last year.
Notwithstanding, the Test match is an expansion to the installation and a piece of the drive by the BCCI and Cricket South Africa (CSA) to give more force to women' cricket in the conventional configuration.
It could be reviewed that India had played a Test each against Britain and Australia at Mumbai in December last year, winning them by 347 runs and eight wickets separately.
